It's in Settings Manager / ChaletOS style changer as pictured below .... select ChaletOS custom themes, tick the Panel box and then tick the transparent box / apply.

dits, I like your first one better. can you link us that wallpaper?

Sorry, but i don't have that wallpaper any more and can't remember where i found it... all i remember doing a google search for HD wallpapers and came across it.

My latest 16.04, added docky, moved task bar to top and changed default clock to ¨semi transparent white¨.

If only more Windows users can see how we can make a nice looking desktop.

Both James and Sotelack desktops look nice.

thanks, @dits 1. I definitely respect chalet os for it's ease of customization, and as for themes it does better than Zorin OS which is on my laptop. Also, @sotelach, i do not seem to understand why people go for 2 docks like OS X look. My problem with it is simple- it wastes space. @sotelach: maybe you can explain why you like it, thanks!

Quit simple James... find an image you like, in my case it's called a userbar...and you can find plenty via google (Linux userbar) then simply use a image host to upload, , then copy the BBcode into your Profile / signature  as shown in the picture below.. use any image host you want. In this case iv'e used the built in image host on this forum. You can find host an image in the bar with all the icons above where you post. (3rd from left of the youtube icon)
