desktop settings.. a step away from being perfect
On desktop settings under "icons" tab you have an option to show no icons, desktop folder icons, or minimized programs. Now i still have an original windows 3.1 computer and back then the deskotp had only minimized programs which was super, problem is you couldnt pin anything. Then Windows 95 came with a taskbar to replace that and introduced file pinning. However, i think it would be a good idea to have both because both are super. So what you could do is add a "combination" option to that drop-down menu. That would be wonderful!

Is there not a way to achieve what you want, normally, if it can be done someone somewhere has done it already.
