Speakers not recognized after installing GPU Empty Speakers not recognized after installing GPU

Hello, I installed a GPU a few days back and my speakers have stopped working. They are plugged into a USB port and an output jack. The output jack on the back or the front does not seem to work. I can't get into the BIOS to fix it. When I try to get into the BIOS, it only shows me debian options. What to do???
