problem with calendar application

So i want to make my calendar application sync with my MS exchange account and am on calendar settings:

 


So I click on an account and I get this screen:

 


This is really wierd because my 'settings' app has a lot more than that! (I verified).

So I try "google" instead just to try it and same result!
Even clicking that gear to the upper right did the same error for me!

Another discovery:

For some reason there's 2 bluetooth menus on my panel. One of them when i click 'bluetooth settings' gives the same result
