Sound problem Empty Sound problem

Hello !

I install ChaletOS 14.04 - 64bit , and I have problem with sound !
When I watch for example video from Youtube , some video I have normal sound , from some video I don't
have any sound , and from some video I have sound but it is distortions -- same situations is when I listen music from my hard drive or watching some video - like movie.
I tray with speakers and headset - situations is same !
I use win 10,together with ChaletOS,but on win 10 sound is normal-OK !!

We need to know what type of sound card you have.
