Serious. I hate the terminal.

I like to handle the packages as for Windows. Through the graphical interface and installer itself.

When a file is offline on the server, I seek other sources on the internet to find to install in Windows. When that happens on Linux, you don't have a lot more sources to search the internet.

uhm you could be doing this via the software center but it would be harder. but this is how you would do it. on software center hit 'edit' and then 'software sources'. hit 'other software' then 'add.'
