Well, Ubuntu has come up with its latest update this past week.

1. I like the exclusion of the previous office suite... Nothing against it other than it's not interchangeable with other formats I like libreoffice since it is.
2. I do miss some of the Desktop Backgrounds that were included in the previous version.

You can download desktop backgrounds from the website. Not sure if the ones you want are included, but it's worth a shot.

Okay - Thanks !
The ones I was referring to were the original chaletOS logo Desktop Backgrounds... which I like better than the newer ones.
I get this message when trying to download - Don't know what they mean by this...

Hmmm...I've never gotten that message before, so I'm not sure what the problem could be.
However, I gave you the link to the newer wallpapers. There's another link that includes a lot of the older ones. I just tried downloading them again, and I didn't get the warning message that you gave above.
This link takes you directly to the download; it doesn't go to the Chalet website...

Yes ! - those are the ones - Not that I'm knocking down the newer ones, but the original chalet backgrounds are classy.
Thanks BroDan

Excellent! You're welcome, and I'm glad we got it sorted out! I'm partial to the older ones myself.
