Keep loosing wifi connection
HI everyone.
Ive taken my husbands old laptop, which had windows 10 on it and were pretty slow. Even after an reinstallation.
I figured, perhaps it was time for a Linux based OS and found ChaletOS. I tried to boot it from USB and looked around in the system and liked what I was. Nothing wrong there... Now I have formated the computer and installed ChaletOS completly... But now I experience that the WIFI drops out from time to time... How do I troubleshoot it? I am completly lost in this system
Hope someone can help, thanks! (writting from a wired connection now, but not the general idea with a laptop )
Thanks in advance.

try this:
add the following line to the BOTTOM of the file:
SAVE your changes, exit, and restart your computer
- Code:
sudo bash
cd /etc/modprobe.d
leafpad blacklist.conf
add the following line to the BOTTOM of the file:
- Code:
blacklist acer-wmi
SAVE your changes, exit, and restart your computer

ahem, forgot ChaletOS comes with mousepad not leafpad (installed leafpad in my install)
if leafpad blacklist.conf doesnt work use mousepad. hopefully you figured my messup on your own
