Key board shortcut like ctrl+p and window+d

I hope everyone is fine,

first of all I'm very happy to use this OS it is fly and stable, but I do missed some of things I used to do in my previous os linux mint like, using shortcut keyboard, in chaletos when I press CTRL+p tp print a picture it do nothing also using window key + d to get to desktop and minimize all opened windows is not working too, is there anyway to sort this out
