welcome to the forums! just right click the panel, activate "panel" option and select "add new items". then look for "power manager plugin" and add it to the panel. Then right click the battery symbol and select "move" and move it to a desired location.

I have an idea what's going on. Try unplugging the power cord. see if that makes it pop up.

may be its because of chinese brand laptop as i tried installing lubuntu same problem shows up or there is no driver for battery
