Thunar backgrounds

How can I change the thunar background to something other than bright white,it is kind of blinding on my monitor,but otherwise i just installed Challetos today and i love it so far .

Hello and welcome to the forums!
One way would be to change the theme to a darker theme in the theme changer. Have you tried that?
