intel Graphics card

Does anyone know if there is support for intel Graphics included in chaletos. The reason I ask is I am planning to install it in my media center and would need to change resolution to the specs of the samsung.
I tried last year with Mint and it was stuck on only one resolution for the display which was very cropped.

I think I might have answered my own question. There is a'vaapi for intel g45 & hd Graphics family driver available' - will try and see in other system.

intel graphics support w/ available linux driver leaves much to be desired...

too bad - was hoping to replace my media center with linx based... cannot compare with the windows intel driver abilities - where tweaking is very intuitive and graphical.

for casual use tho, the ubuntu driver can get you by.

If otherwise happy with the system, you might consider de-activating the built-in card and adding a Radeon or Nvidia card.   Nvidia cards may be more trouble to install--but excellent cards when working--inexpensive used and readily available on-line.
