Can start menu items transparency be modified?
Transparency is nice but when overlapping with open app like Firefox, the texts of both open items creates a bit of chaos. Hence, the question to know if transparency can be modified to darker or lighter?

Re: Can start menu items transparency be modified?
Are you referring to the transparency of the start menu? If so right click on the Menu / properties and slide the Background opacity bar to the right or left ... left for more and to the right for less transparency.
