About ChaletOS for PC Integrater ?

Hello, I study a new market for the sale of Linux computers and I caught your ChaletOS distribution. I want to know who to talk to discuss the development of this new market via ChaletOS.

• AMD 4Ghz dual-core 64bit
  
• 4 or 8 Gb of ram 1600Mhz
  
• 128Gb SSD + HDD 500gb or 1Tb
  
• DVD Live/install ChaletOS 14.04.2 64bit

The real question is : Is it ok to install ChaletOS on computers for sale?

Linux is free but some distros ask for money. ChaletOS is free so you can do that.

It is OK but think about every app installed, does it have licence in the way your country alow it and in the way you want it.

then ; i want to know if "ChaletOs" is open-source under GNU Licence ?
and i think to translate (chaletOS) by simply translate its components ; as the window manager etc etc? ^^

it is not possible? The idea is to translate the GUI essentially. By translating only the GUI is favored are using. And that is the goal;)

e.g : If Gnome is used so (translate gnome gui only) ^^
