Is VueScan in repos?

VueScan is listed as recommended app.
It is shareware in Windows, is it freeware in Linux?

Also shareware in Linux but it allows you to scan as unregistered user... I don't know how long...

i'm afraid Vuescan is a commercial product, after the 30 day trial period the scanned images will have an embedded watermark. But, depending on your needs, the price might acceptable....in my case Xsane is enough

It's probably a usb connection issue, but i couldn't get VueScan to work with the CanoScan LiDE 70.
