tsclient Empty tsclient

New to Linux (ChaletOS 16.04.2) and trying to connect to my work computer. IT advised me to download and install tsclient but I'm not sure how to do this. Tried it through the Application Centre but didn't show in a search. I might have downloaded it to my desktop through my browser (I see a folder tscilent) but not sure what the next steps are. Any help is appreciated.
