How much is too much?

Hello. VERY new to ChaletOS. Am running an i5 6600k system, 16G ram Nvidia GtX1050ti vid card.
Will Chalet work on this machine? (Pls pardon the noobism).
BTW Am exceedingly put out with the Windows/Gates machine & want to learn this alternative system.

Nvidia sometimes kicks and screams with Linux but usually works without an issue. If booting from the live system for installation yields no issues then there should be no display issues in the installed system either.
