How to move panel to top? [Solved]

Had seen a video to move panel around but right-clicking in latest version doesn't seem to have that feature anymore. Perhaps the option is located elsewhere?

It should still work. Here are the steps...

1. Right-click on the panel.
2. In the menu that pops up, hover your pointer over the word Panel.
3. Click on Panel Preferences.

A window will pop up and should show the Display tab when it appears.

4. Click the box next to Lock Panel to remove the checkmark.

You will see dotted lines around your panel after it's been unlocked.

5. It might be hard to see depending on your panel's color...but on the far left side of the panel, there will also be 2 vertical lines of dots. Put your cursor on those dots...press and hold with the left mouse button, and push the panel to the top.

6. Put a checkmark back on Lock Panel.
