Conky appears above other windows Empty Conky appears above other windows

When I opened Firefox or any other application Conky lies on top. If I then go to settings, turn Conky off then on again it stays below. However when I next started the computer Conky was on top again.

It is graphic chip drivers issue

It happens when set as "info bars" but not with the other settings.
