Voice Desktop Assistant

Hello Everyone in this Forum and I Hope You are Having a Great Day. Now, with that out of the way, I want to ask anyone to Help me to Install A Voice Desktop A.I. Assistant like Microsoft's "CORTANA". I Don't want it to use my Personal Information; Just a Plain Ordinary Program which Responds to my Basic Desktop Commands Like Open Documents or Writing and Sending Emails. You see, I have Low-Vision Due to Glaucoma and it's hard to keep Pressing my Keyboard All the Time.
So! If There is Anyone who can Help me I would be Grateful.

I'm sure we have had a similar question asked in a another post quite a while ago, i'l have to find it to see if it was answered.

I found the question and not sure if it's the correct answer you want...

I don't know much about Cortana, but i think it's a speech recognisable program for Win10.
I did find a Linux version called Simon that might be helpful...Although it might be a bit difficult to master.
