no problem at all
it is very common. run these in terminal:
If that doesnt fix it restart. If even that doesn't fix it then just ignore it.
Or else disable auto updates... they are just annoying Personally I don't feel they are important. Generally if one individual app I feel ought to be updated I download new version and manually update it. It is 100% up to you
