FIX TORRENT LINKS ASAP! Empty FIX TORRENT LINKS ASAP!

It is well known among users (in the Midwest US anyways) that sourceforge is the worst possible host. They throttle bandwidth, and many of there downloads become corrupt. Please provide torrent links asap for version 16.04
