somehow (i guess) became corrupted the mediubuntu.list atleast this error appear when i start package manager and its closed automatically...

i dont know, maybe help if i replace this file?
etc/apt/sources.list.d/mediubuntu.list

(someone can upload one?)

From what I've read, mediubuntu hasn't been maintained since 2013, and people should remove it as a source. This is from 2013, so I don't know if it still applies, but see if this article helps...
