I've seemed to have lost all sound when on Internet but can play music on laptop with no problem. any idea's out there..have been using Chalet since june JUST love it Iv'e also just updated to 14.4.3 two days ago so could this be an issue(all fine before ?)many thanks.

First thing you might want to check is to see if the CubebUtils volume is muted for some reason.

1. Go to a website that plays sound first, or the rest of this won't work, because it won't show CubebUtils: Audiostream on PulseAudio Volume Control.
2. While on the website with the sound playing, open the PulseAudio Volume Control from the Multimedia category of the menu.
3. Click on the Playback tab
4. Click the speaker icon next to CubebUtils: AudioStream (in the photo below, the sound is muted. If it's not muted, you should see color on the slider bars like the photo below it...
